Job Responsibilities

2-4 years of experience in Ship Administrator
Bachelors in Supply Chain, Business or related fieldFamiliarity with shipping processes and understanding of incoterms, customs, documentation and freight termsExperience with carriers, freight forwarders and couriers’ servicesVerifications of Import shipping documents and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and company policiesLeasing with warehouse, logistics providers and internal departmentsHandling inquiries related to shipments, delays and trackingTracking multiple orders, shipment numbers and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience with Transport Management ( TMS ), or shipping software,Prioritizing shipments based on deadlines or customer importanceManaging high-volume workloads in fast-packed environmentsAddressing shipping delays, lost goods, damaged freight etc.Experience in coordination for opening of Letter of credit with banks andprocessing changes for already opened LC'sResponding to customer or client inquiries professionallyCoordinating delivery schedules and keeping stakeholders informedStrong Microsoft Office skillsFlexible to work in shifts
