Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of frontline staff during shifts.
• Allocate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor service delivery across key areas of airport passenger assistance.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety protocols, and customer service guidelines.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Conduct shift briefing, handovers, maintain accurate logs, and report incidents/issues to the Ops Mgr.
• Support team training and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
• Uphold MGS values of integrity, customer-first service, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Aviation, Hospitality/Management preferred).
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in operations, hospitality, travel, or service industry.
• Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with operational reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
