Role Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Cafe Shift Supervisor to ensure smooth operations, uphold service standards, and support the team in delivering a refined customer experience during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support staff to maintain high service and hygiene standards.
• Ensure seamless shift operations and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist in training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory and report operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in cafes or hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and service-oriented.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
