Role Summary: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Cafe Shift Supervisor to ensure smooth operations, uphold service standards, and support the team in delivering a refined customer experience during shifts. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support staff to maintain high service and hygiene standards. Ensure seamless shift operations and customer satisfaction. Address customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly. Assist in training, coaching, and performance management. Monitor inventory and report operational needs. Qualifications: Experience in cafes or hospitality preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Organized, dependable, and service-oriented.
