Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Supervisor located in Bangalore Rural, Doddaballapur Industrial Area. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain a clean and organized Central Kitchen environment. Other responsibilities include scheduling shifts, training employees, addressing cross functional department inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent production planning and communication skills
• Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food production industry is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Graduate in Food science or Food Technology; additional qualifications in FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 14000, certifications are a plus
