We are looking for a Shift Manager oversees daily operations during a specific shift, ensuring smooth workflow, staff performance, and customer satisfaction, especially when other managers are absent. They delegate tasks, manage schedules, address issues, and train staff while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Assign tasks to staff.
Supervise staff throughout the shift.Monitor inventory levels.Order more inventory as needed.Ensure that enough staff members are present for the shift.Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.Manage bookings.Resolve conflict between staff members.Receive feedback from customers and resolve any complaints.Ensure all staff and operations adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry guidelines. Delegate tasks, monitor performance, provide training, and address any issues.
