Job Description

The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant during their shift, ensuring adherence to company standards across all areas of operation. This includes product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, and team coordination. The Shift Manager should also ensure that Guest Engagement activities such as Ice cream Juggling, Singing, and Dancing are actively taking place. This is a Full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The schedule for this role may involve Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift, Night shift, Rotational shift, and weekend availability. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and proficiency in English is preferred. This position requires in-person work at the designated location.,
