As a Shift Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant during your shift. You will ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, and team management. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that Guest Engagement activities like Ice cream Juggling, Singing, Dancing are happening to enhance the overall guest experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Directing the daily operations of the restaurant during your shift - Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation - Overseeing product preparation and delivery - Managing customer relations - Maintaining and repairing the restaurant - Managing inventory - Leading and managing the team - Organizing and ensuring Guest Engagement activities **Qualifications Required:** - At least 1 year of experience in QSR is preferred - Proficiency in English is preferred The company provides the following benefits: - Health insurance - Paid time off - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time position with various shifts available, including day shift, evening shift, morning shift, night shift, rotational shift, and weekend availability.
