Shift Manager

The Shift Manager position at Coffee Culture Reserve involves overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts. Your responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient store operations, and smooth team coordination to maintain the brand's high standards in every cup served. You will supervise and lead team members during your shifts, ensuring optimal performance and addressing customer issues promptly. Additionally, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of coffee and food products as per company standards, manage inventory levels, handle cash management, and ensure cleanliness, health, and safety standards are met. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for training and mentoring new staff, coordinating shift schedules, maintaining adequate staffing levels, addressing operational challenges swiftly, and assisting in achieving store targets. Your qualifications should include proven supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, multitasking skills, and a basic understanding of inventory and cash management processes. Moreover, flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Additional certification in hospitality or management is a plus.
