Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager located in kaithal. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, ensure high-quality service and food standards, handle customer inquiries and feedback, and maintain inventory and supplies. Additional responsibilities include training and supporting team members, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing staff schedules and overseeing daily operations
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries and feedback
• Understanding of inventory management and supply maintenance
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the food service industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the QSR industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or management is an advantage
