We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Quality Assurance (SPD) Department in the role of Assistant Engineer/Executive

Job Purpose: Inspection of precision strips coils

Key Responsibilities:

Heading 1:

Description of the role-Primary role is on line inspection of stainless-steel coils as per customer CTQ, making decision of confirming & non-confirming material, preparing disposition reports of inspected material & do entry in SAP/Apriso & clear all uses decisions for inspected material.
Adhere of all applicable SOPs for online inspection of finish and intermediate products as per the work instruction.
Over all responsible for individual finish line quality decision & validation of defect to concern agencies.
Capable of doing SPC & MSA,responsible for Calibration of measuring instruments.
Capable of finding root cause of problems & making CAPA for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience: B Sc/Diploma in metallurgy/mechanical.

Key Skills & Competencies: Understanding of customer requirements, Knowledge of computer operating, inspection work experience of metal industry, Knowledge of SAP & ISO.
