The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, managing staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members to ensure efficient workflow, handling any operational issues that arise, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Shift Incharge will also be involved in staff training and performance evaluations.
