Shift In Charge

• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests effectively.
• Monitor all department activity to meet our production goals.
• Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress throughout the day.
• Ensure that daily production goals are met as per our cut-off times.
• Provide training to new employees to get them acclimated quickly.
• Handle customer complaints and conduct root cause analyses where needed.
• Maintain records for Daily Production Reports (DPR), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and hub returns.
• Minimize waste and ensure proper utilization of raw materials.
• Ensure that all products produced adhere strictly to specifications.
• Monitor and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed for raw materials and finished goods.
• Avoid any product and label mismatches.
• Report daily raw material and finished goods stock to the inventory team.
• Ensure yield is maintained as per standard requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive record-keeping practices.
• Continuously monitor hygiene and sanitation of the plant and equipment.
