Shift In Charge

Position: ZLD Shift Incharge
Department: Utilities / Effluent Treatment
Location: [Doddaballapura / Bengalore]
Experience:5 years in Effluent or ZLD plant operation

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, including:
• Pre-treatment units (Equalization tank, Clarifier, UF/RO)
• Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) and Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD)
• Crystallizer and condensate recovery systems
• Ensure continuous operation and water recovery within set quality parameters.
• Maintain daily operation logbooks, analyze plant performance, and report deviations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Manage chemical dosing, instrument calibration, and safety compliance.
• Support shutdown/start-up activities and process optimization.

Skills & Requirements

• MSc-Chemistry / B.Tech in Chemical / Environmental / Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of RO, UF, MEE, ATFD, and ETP systems
• Understanding of industrial wastewater characteristics
• Willingness to work in shifts

Salary: 20000 to 30000

Reporting to: Utility / ETP In-charge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
