Full Time
1. Supervise and monitor all production activities during the assigned shift.
2. Allocate work to operators, helpers, and other staff as per production requirements.
3. Ensure adherence to production schedules and output targets.
4. Maintain quality standards for coco peat blocks, grow bags, and related products.
5. Check and control process parameters such as moisture, EC, and pH levels.
6. Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
7. Monitor raw material usage, wastage control, and proper storage.
8. Maintain shift production reports, logbooks, and daily MIS.
9. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, housekeeping, and discipline on the shop floor.
10. Provide training and guidance to workers to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
11. Report shift performance, challenges, and issues to the Production Manager.
1. B.Tech/B.E. in (Mechanical, Production, Agriculture, or related preferred).
2. 5 + years of experience in a manufacturing/processing industry (coco peat or agro-processing preferred).
3. Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
4. Knowledge of coco peat properties (moisture content, EC, pH) and quality standards.
5. Ability to manage manpower, handle pressure, and achieve production targets.
6. Proficiency in MS Office / ERP for reporting
