Role Overview

Shift Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor shift operations and cleaning staff.
• Allocate tasks and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Maintain and ensure safe usage of cleaning equipment.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot minor technical/equipment issues.
• Prepare reports and escalate issues to Operations Manager.
• Train staff on SOPs, equipment handling, and safety standards.
  

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Civil or relatedfield.).
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
• Good leadership, communication skills
• Basic Knowledge of housekeeping processes, cleaning machinery & hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Problem-solving & analytical thinking.
• Process improvement mindset.
• Strong documentation & reporting skills.
• Safety, hygiene, and compliance focus.
• Client relationship management.
