Job Description

Role & responsibilities

perational Oversight:
Monitor and manage day-to-day technical operations of the facility during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:
Conduct regular preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Respond promptly to breakdowns or emergencies and ensure timely resolution to avoid downtime.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant engineering discipline.
Experience:
37 years of relevant experience in facility management or technical operations.
Industry Exposure:
Experience in commercial buildings, malls, hospitals, or residential complexes is preferred.
