Roles and Responsibilities

• Team and People Management

• Supervise and manage a team of50to 60 employees.
• Monitor team performance, including attendance, leaves, and overall productivity.
• Effectively handle manpower and lead your team.
• Resolve conflicts that arise among staff members during the shift.

Operational Oversight

• Manage end-to-end picking and packing operations to ensure all orders are completed on time.
• Ensure timely handover of tasks to the next shift or delivery hub.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and perform regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce best practices for efficient workflow.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Inventory Control

• Manage inventory for different product categories, FMCG, fruits, and vegetables.
• Utilize inventory management methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to prevent expired products from being shipped.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely completion of Goods Received Notes (GRN).
• Control waste and shrinkage according to budget.

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Ensure the work environment is safe and well-maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, particularly in logistics or warehouse operations. Some roles may require specific experience with FMCG inventory.
• People Management:Strong leadership, team management, and manpower handling skills are essential.
• Operational Knowledge:Familiarity with inventory control methods (FIFO), logistics, and general operations.
• Problem-Solving:The ability to quickly resolve operational issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are crucial.
