* Supervise and manage a team of 50 to 60 employees.
* Monitor team performance, including attendance, leaves, and overall productivity.
* Effectively handle manpower and lead your team.
* Resolve conflicts that arise among staff members during the shift.
* Manage end-to-end picking and packing operations to ensure all orders are completed on time.
* Ensure timely handover of tasks to the next shift or delivery hub.
* Monitor inventory accuracy and perform regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
* Implement and enforce best practices for efficient workflow.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage inventory for different product categories, FMCG, fruits, and vegetables.
* Utilize inventory management methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to prevent expired products from being shipped.
* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely completion of Goods Received Notes (GRN).
* Control waste and shrinkage according to budget.
* Enforce and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
* Ensure the work environment is safe and well-maintained.
