Job Title: Shift Controller – B2B Operations
Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)
CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Job Description:

We are looking for a Shift Controller to manage warehouse operations for B2B business. The role involves overseeing inbound/outbound activities, managing shift manpower, ensuring timely order dispatch, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities during assigned shift.
• Lead and supervise pickers, loaders, and dispatch teams.
• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per SLA.
• Coordinate with inventory and transport teams for smooth operations.
• Track shift performance and report key metrics.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (preferably B2B).
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of WMS and Excel.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
