Role:Extensive SharePoint, Office365, Power Automate and Power Platform design and DevelopmentDesign, enhance, support, and develop applications and provide expertise to our internal stakeholders.Act as a consultant/SME to our stakeholders and lead and perform Full-stack design development:bothfront-end and back-end on the projects.Create and deploy medium/high complexity layouts and components using Power Automate and PowerPlatform.Participate in Agile development processes and follow best practices for Source ControlHelp develop estimates/timelines for projectsDevelop and support Power Automate solutions.Implement security configuration using groups, roles and permissions.2. Experience Level:Level 2 - 5+ years of relevant experience3. Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent required in Computer Science or related field.4. Must Have Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint, Office365, Power Automate, Power Platform and anyDatabase 5+ years of experience with SharePoint and O365 development (Power Platform) Strong software development skills with a solid understanding of project cycles, integrateddevelopment environments, and source control technologies. Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines. Ability to work well and collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment with minimalsupervision. Excellent written and oral communication skills.5. Nice To Haves:Experience with Power BI and data management preferred Previous consulting experiences a huge plus Microsoft certification(s) in SharePoint/Infopath/Nintex/Power BI/Power Platform/MS Office Agile experience6. Tasks and Responsibilities:Design, enhance, support, and develop applications based on project specifications. Provide expertise to enterprise/commercial clients. Perform full stack design and development on Microsoft Technologies(SharePoint/PowerPlatform/HTML) Participate in Agile development processes and follow best practices for Source Control. Develop and support Power Automate solutions. Develop Unit Tests of the code developed.

Attend daily standups. Participate in design review and discussions and perform peer review of the code developed by teammembers.
