Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive developer with strong experience in **SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online migration**, hands-on knowledge of **Azure DevOps**, and solid **.NET development** capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy SharePoint applications, streamline deployment pipelines, and build/maintain .NET-based integrations or custom features.### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead or support the **migration of SharePoint 2013 sites and solutions to SharePoint Online (SPO)**.
- Assess existing SharePoint 2013 farms and prepare detailed migration plans.
- Rebuild or refactor custom solutions using **SPFx**, PowerShell, and **PnP Framework** where applicable.
- Develop and support custom applications using **.NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)**.
- Collaborate using **Azure DevOps** for version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, backlog tracking, and release management.
- Perform thorough testing, troubleshooting, and documentation throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Provide post-migration support, optimization, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- **5+ years** of experience with SharePoint development and administration.
- Proven experience migrating from **SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online** (including InfoPath, Designer workflows, classic to modern UI).
- Strong hands-on experience with **PowerShell scripting**, **PnP PowerShell**, and **ShareGate / Metalogix / or equivalent** tools.
- Proficiency in **.NET Framework and .NET Core**, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
- Experience with **Azure DevOps**, including Repos, Pipelines, and Boards.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, lists/libraries, and site templates.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with **SPFx**, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with **Microsoft Graph API** and REST APIs.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, AZ-400) are a plus.
- Background in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
