Shared Services Analyst

Role Overview: As a Learning Shared Services Analyst - GxP at AstraZeneca, you will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Your main duties will involve supporting end users, providing training and compliance reports, and collaborating with various operational levels to ensure effective learning and development processes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist individuals and administrators in registering for courses and utilizing e-learning resources - Address training support requests and provide necessary assistance to users - Collaborate with operational levels to gather information, generate reports, and ensure compliance - Manage GxP Computer System administration, support escalation points, and maintenance - Oversee GxP Computerized System Request Management and technical investigations - Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Guidance Documents, and Work Instructions - Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to manage GxP enterprise applications and ensure compliance with regulations - Resolve eLearning content issues and communicate effectively with diverse customer groups - Develop training curricula and align training programs with business requirements - Build strong relationships with business units, demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, and proficiency in eLearning software Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 3 years of experience working within an LMS environment - Experience with platforms such as Cornerstone SABA, Degreed, or Xyleme (preferred) - Expertise in content curation, pharmaceutical/healthcare industry knowledge, and market dynamics - Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously (Note: Additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
