Shared Services Analyst

As a Learning Shared Services Analyst - GxP at AstraZeneca, you will play a crucial role in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Your responsibilities will include supporting end users by assisting individuals and administrators in registering, supporting e-learning, and addressing training support requests. Additionally, you will collaborate with various operational levels by providing training and compliance reports, gathering information from users, and generating reports as needed. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience working within an LMS environment. Experience with platforms such as Cornerstone SABA, Degreed, or Xyleme is preferred. You will be expected to manage GxP Computer System administration, support escalation points, and maintenance, along with overseeing GxP Computerized System Request Management and technical investigations. Your role will also involve creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Guidance Documents, and Work Instructions. As a subject matter expert (SME), you will collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to manage GxP enterprise applications across all phases of the system development lifecycle. Your expertise in content curation, resolving eLearning content issues, and communicating effectively with diverse customer groups at various levels will be essential. Effective communication skills, both written and oral, are crucial for this role. You should be able to articulate how the training program and reporting processes align with business requirements. Building strong relationships with the business unit you support, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills, and possessing proficiency in eLearning software are key to succeeding in this position. Furthermore, your ability to develop training curricula, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, market dynamics, and major AstraZeneca business drivers will be instrumental in your success. Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously are also essential attributes for this role.,
