Back Key Responsibilities Assist with all SharePoint migration activities (planning, data analysis, data clean-up, execution, post-migration support) Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technology solutions within SharePoint Online and other M365 applications Manage SharePoint environment, permissions, security, backup, and recovery Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance and Governance Integrate and manage Power Platform solutions Develop scripts and automate processes Provide guidance on complex problems and architectural planning related to SharePoint Online and M365 Contribute to improvements based on industry best practices for managing SharePoint Online and M365 Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Core SharePoint skills such as site management, permission management, navigation and design, content management, search configuration, integration knowledge Proven experience in file share migration projects to SharePoint Online Strong understanding of file share and SharePoint Online Architecture and permissions Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages), web development and scripting languages Experience/ exposure to M365 Copilot, Microsoft 365 Cloud Services, Azure/Entra ID Self-starter, with the ability to manage and drive projects with limited supervision and to manage multiple work streams The ability to seek solutions via online resources Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and an appetite to take appropriate actions to deliver Additional Information Job Type Full Time Work ProfileHybrid (Work from Office/ Hybrid) Years of Experience5-8 Years LocationBangalore What We Offer Competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits Flexible work hours and remote work options Professional development and training opportunities A supportive and inclusive work environment
