Job Description

Coordinating with vendors to ensure that materials are delivered on time and within budget, as planned Preparing estimates for labor costs, materials costs, and equipment costs to determine project budgets Ensuring that safety procedures are followe'd during construction to prevent injuries or damage to property Meeting with clients to discuss project details and requirements, such as materials needed or design specifications Drafting detailed construction plans, including diagrams of mechanical systems and layouts of machinery rooms or buildings Reviewing blueprints and design drawings to ensure conformance to industry standards Coordinating with architects and contractors to ensure that designs meet legal and regulatory requirements Providing technical support to construction crews during the building phase of projects Identifying potential risks and developing plans to mitigate them Qualifications: Master of Mechanical Engg.,Under Graduate Report to: Senior General Manager
