KRA2 Operational Excellence Monitoring civil work identified under Upliftment project Undertaking civil work planned under CAPEX to meet requirements of the plant Ensuring optimum deployment and utilization of resources (manpower, materials, equipment) KRA3 Budgetary Controls Completing civil work within budgeted cost by controlling consumption and cost of material and services Giving inputs for substitution of service provider, if not found cost effective, without compromising quality and durability. KRA4 Compliances Monitoring all activities and ensuring compliance with HSE norms and provisions of the Integrated Management System and appropriate documentation, where applicable Ensuring that all service providers and vendors for bulk material such as cement and steel, comply with the relevant statutory provisions with respect to manpower, equipment, materials and processes Embedding safety culture by influencing service providers to use PPEs and follow safe work processes to minimize safety incidents and eliminate accidents.
