We are looking for a skilled and certified Salesforce (SFDC) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and hold at least the Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include developing Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), custom workflows, reports, and dashboards. The candidate will also be responsible for integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ensuring all development aligns with Salesforce best practices.
A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security settings is essential. The candidate should be familiar with configuration tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Validation Rules. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies will be an added advantage. Good communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset are critical for this role. Experience in the real estate or sales domain is a plus.
