Job Title: Plant Operator STP Location: Bhuj, Gujarat Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 Gross Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Plant Operator to manage Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations at our Bhuj, Gujarat site. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in STP operations and a good understanding of basic safety protocols. This role involves daily plant operation, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor STP systems to ensure efficient and compliant treatment processes Conduct routine checks, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of plant equipment Maintain accurate operational logs and records of treatment parameters and performance Assist in chemical dosing, sludge handling, and equipment calibration Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times Report equipment faults or process abnormalities to the supervisor promptly Help maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the plant area Key Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in STP plant operations Basic knowledge of plant safety and operational standards Ability to monitor, record, and interpret process parameters Strong communication and team collaboration skills Willingness to work in shifts as per plant requirements How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their CVs at: Yuvraj.shinde@thermaxglobal.com
