Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Set-Top Box (STB) Repair Technician to
diagnose, repair, and test set-top boxes and related equipment. The ideal candidate will havehands-on experience in electronics repair, a solid understanding of digital broadcastingsystems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.- Diagnose and repair faults in set-top boxes (hardware and basic software issues).- Perform PCB-level troubleshooting and component replacement (soldering, rework).- Capable to replace the CPU of the STB.- Conduct quality checks and testing post-repair to ensure full functionality.- Ensure timely turnaround of repairs as per SLA standards.- Maintain tools, testing equipment, and a clean working environment.- Stay updated with the latest models and technologies in set-top box systems.
