Job Description

As a Medical Equipment Service Engineer, your role involves meeting the daily service repair needs of medical device equipment in the assigned territory while maintaining defined quality standards and optimizing the utilization of resources. Your primary focus will be on achieving customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute installations and warranty service efficiently - Conduct Preventive Maintenance Programs and Tray Audits as per technical expertise and timelines - Provide on-site Service Support for repair of Medical, Industrial, and Veterinary endoscopes - Update call stage in the web portal and escalate calls/issues to supervisors in a timely manner Technical Escalation: - Execute and manage repairs onsite or at service channel partners" offices - Handle escalated calls from colleagues based on requirements - Provide technical assistance to colleagues in installations and business development calls Revenue Generation: - Generate revenue through Repairs, Accessories Sales, AMCs, and repair exchange as per given targets - Coordinate to submit estimates, follow up on approvals, manage spares consumption, and invoicing Soft Skills: - Ensure proper and timely response/update to customers for high customer satisfaction - Implement Empathy, Drive, Communication competencies, and exhibit a fair understanding of Self/Brand Image Planning: - Monitor planned visits, maintenance, upkeep, tracking, and audit of loaner equipment and inventory - Ensure turnaround time defined in advance Compliance (Policies and Process): - Implement company-defined processes and systems required for high-quality consistent Customer Service Support Qualification & Functional Experience: - Degree or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Biomedical or Equivalent - Basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronics fundamentals - 3-8 years of experience in service & maintenance - Field exposure required, local language knowledge mandatory Other Requirements: - Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in English, Hindi & Regional Language - Ability to utilize resources efficiently - Self-starter and swift learner - Ability to adapt and work under pressure Your Benefits: - Comprehensive health coverage for employees and dependent family members - Parental Leave Policies - Free & Confidential Counselling Support - Insurance coverage including Term/Life, Accidental Disability/Death - Option to contribute to the National Pension Scheme (Note: Omitted the additional details of the company as they were not provided in the Job Description),
