a) Responsible for total client satisfaction by proper installation & performance of our
supplied products & systems.
b) To independently Lead a Team of Service Engineers for client site installations
c) Must have with hands on approach, with acumen to understand our Products and its
applications.
d) Daily Monitor of Service Engineers at client site for quality & quantity of work
progress
e) Must be able to travel to client sites (15 to 20 days / month)
f) Coordinating & Planning of Engg deployment in consultation with Client, Marketing
and Engineering teams.
g) Responsible for motivating Client & Service team to generate Spares Business.
h) Must be able to discuss with Consultants and Clients related to our Products and
systems.
i) Strategies to achieve spares and repeat orders.
j) Must have aptitude to study new applications and products for Development.
k) Starting new practices to achieve targets.
l) Build & Maintain Healthy work culture.
m) Learn & Train Service Engg
n) Ensure and maintain Management information system on a periodic basis.
o) Must be proficient with Communication and Computer skills.
