We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing detailed test plans and cases, with a focus on regression testing and automation using ATF. This role requires effective coordination with client teams and strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.

• Developing detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional and detailed design documents.
• Executing tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test results.
• Identifying, documenting and reporting defects found during testing.
• Coordinating and collaborating with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
• Design and implement ATF in ServiceNow

Skills: What you will need:

• 2-4 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow
• Hands on experience implementing ATF(good to have)
• Functional knowledge of

  ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.

• Knowledge of Testing Integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Admin(good to have)

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days from office) 2 Way Cab will be provided
