About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow UI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and customising user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform, including portals, workspaces, and UI components. This role requires hands-on experience with modern web technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customise user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform, including Service Portals, UI Builder, Workspaces, Playbooks, and custom UI components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable UI solutions.
• Integrate UI elements with ServiceNow data models and workflows.
• Leverage modern UI frameworks (Angular, ReactJS, etc.) to build responsive and interactive components.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript and related technologies.
• Ensure UI/UX best practices are followed to deliver user-friendly experiences.
• Support and maintain existing UI applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in ServiceNow UI development.
• Strong experience with Service Portals, UI Builder, Workspaces, Playbooks, and UI component development.
• Hands-on expertise with JavaScript and front-end development.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React JS.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and custom application development.
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the flexibility to learn new technologies quickly.
• Capable of working both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
