Job Description

Role Overview: NewRocket, a global Elite ServiceNow partner, is seeking a ServiceNow Tech Lead with Integrations experience to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Software Engineers in developing project professional services for customers. You will implement customizations based on functional and technical requirements using leading practices and internal code standards on large-scale, complex projects. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with end-users, IT teams, and key stakeholders to gather systems requirements for ITSM and Integrations solutions - Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules - Configure Application UI, Workflow, work orders, transfer orders, inventory, and technician locations - Configure integrations between ServiceNow via REST/SOAP web and other applications - Guide customers through technical solutions to meet their business requirements - Participate in user acceptance testing and maintain operational documentation and SOPs Qualifications Required: - 5+ years" experience in the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow in 2 or more capabilities (e.g., ITSM, Integrations) - Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms - Proficiency in Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and data extraction technologies - Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows - Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and related processes - Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes - Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation Education: - A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience Certifications & Knowledge: - Willingness to continue education within the ServiceNow platform - Expected to complete ServiceNow competency Certifications and Module Accreditations - Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, and CAD Company Details: NewRocket is a global, full-service Elite ServiceNow partner that helps top enterprise leaders solve business problems and navigate change confidently.
