Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with a strong background in both Support and QA. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, supporting, and testing ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with ITSM, ITOM, and IRM processes. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at our Chennai office and work in the UK shift.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development & Testing:

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using best practices.
Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.
Perform unit testing and support QA teams in functional and integration testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing ServiceNow implementations.

ServiceNow Support & Administration:

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and availability.
Manage user roles, groups, and access controls.
Handle incident, problem, and change management tickets related to ServiceNow.

ITSM & ITOM (CMDB Administration):

Implement and support IT Service Management (ITSM) modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
Administer and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Ensure accurate CI relationships and data integrity within CMDB.
Integrate CMDB with discovery tools and external data sources.

Integrated Risk Management (IRM):

Configure and manage ServiceNow IRM modules including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives using ServiceNow IRM.
Develop dashboards and reports for risk visibility and compliance tracking.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, support, and QA.
Strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, and IRM modules.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, scripts, and CMDB administration.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and on UK shift.

Other Details:

Candidate must attend Chennai office in hybrid mode.
This role requires flexibility to work in UK shift timings.
