ServiceNow Specialist

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in ServiceNow to understand and fulfill customer business needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on customer requirements - Providing scope, effort estimates, and suggesting development methodology for ServiceNow solutions - Creating user stories and work breakdown structures for the technical team - Handling ITSM, HRSD, and Portal development and design - Tracking work items and reporting progress to stakeholders - Conducting requirement gathering for ServiceNow implementation - Designing Technical (LLD) Design Documents and Training Documents - Conducting Technical Reviews and End User Trainings - Configuring IT Service Management processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Request, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Asset and User setup - Developing in ServiceNow using REST/SOAP Web services, JavaScript, etc. - Configuring CMDB, Asset Management, and Orchestrations for Software Distribution - Setting up ServiceNow IT Business Management modules like Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, and Finance - Designing ServiceNow Reports and setting up Performance Analytics - Creating custom processes, 3rd party integrations, and custom applications - Demonstrating awareness of Best Practices in ServiceNow implementation - Leading and managing a global team - Project management, understanding contracts, and leading project delivery - Coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget - Problem solving and troubleshooting with mature judgment - Effective communication with team members and customers in English - Handling ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and working with ServiceNow HI support team - Setting up ServiceNow integrations such as LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, etc. - Implementing Domain separation and Data segregation Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow - ServiceNow Implementation Certified in ITSM and HRSD (Note: Any additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
