ServiceNow Solution Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of

  project and solution delivery

  on the ServiceNow platform.
• Act as a

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  for analysis, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules/applications.
• Design and implement

  simple, intuitive, and scalable applications

  that can be easily customized by customers.
• Perform application configuration using

  UI/UX capabilities, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Builder, UI Pages, DB Views

  , etc.
• Develop across the full stack of web technologies including

  Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML, CSS

  .
• Build and maintain

  client-specific reports

  .
• Transform business requirements into technical solutions; create technical specifications and maintain architecture/integration documentation.
  
• Collaborate with ServiceNow teams such as

  Cloud Infrastructure

  for setting up and configuring the SaaS platform.
• Define testing strategy, prepare test cases, and deploy code into production as per release cycles.
  
• Contribute as a key member of the implementation team and prepare all

  client-facing technical deliverables

  .
• Drive continuous improvements in implementation methodology and service offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years of hands-on experience

  on the ServiceNow platform.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  is mandatory.

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist IRM

  certification required.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery and development in client environments.
  
• Hands-on experience working with

  Tokyo

  and

  San Diego

  versions of ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of

  Web Technologies

  – XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.
• Experience working in a

  SaaS environment

  .
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  skills.
• Strong ability to consult, influence, and provide technical recommendations.
