Senior Technical Consultant

This is a hands-on, on-site role—ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing tailored ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Developing and configuring applications, workflows, and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Leading integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Applying expertise in APIs, Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS), and automation.
• Mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Building complex workflows and customizing platform components (tables, forms, rules, scripts).
• Identifying and delivering automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Managing end-to-end solution lifecycle—from design to deployment, testing, and documentation.
• Providing operational support, troubleshooting, and ensuring platform health and stability.
• Driving continuous improvement by staying ahead of platform upgrades and industry best practices.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, asset management, and integrations.
• 5+ years proven expertise implementing asset management in ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• ServiceNow

  Certified System Administrator

  (required).
• At least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (ITSM or CSM preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
