Job Description

Servicenow Senior SRM Developer -

Exp - 6+yrs - 10yrs

Location - PAN India

Key Responsibilities

Catalog Development & Maintenance
Design and develop complex Service Catalog items, variables, and workflows.
Implement advanced UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Catalog Client Scripts for dynamic behavior.
Configure Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for request automation and fulfillment.
Integration & Automation
Integrate catalog workflows with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Develop orchestration activities for automated provisioning and fulfillment.
Governance & Optimization
Ensure catalog compliance with organizational standards and ServiceNow best practices.
Optimize catalog performance and user experience through continuous improvements.
Maintain version control and documentation for all catalog configurations.
Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on SRM best practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Participate in platform upgrades, code reviews, and governance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 7- 10 years in IT, with 5+ years in ServiceNow development focusing on SRM and Service Catalog.
Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, SRM, and ITSM processes.
Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Hands-on experience with UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Catalog Client Scripts.
Familiarity with orchestration, approval workflows, and request fulfillment automation.
Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
HAM experience will be preferred
