As a ServiceNow SAM Pro Module Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the SAM Pro module to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and managing ServiceNow's SAM Pro module, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. - Integrating SAM Pro with Publishers to enhance overall IT operations. - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintaining and enhancing ITSM processes to ensure alignment with ITIL best practices. - Developing and implementing strategies for software asset management, including compliance, license optimization, and cost reduction. - Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure data accuracy and compliance with licensing agreements. - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAM Pro and related modules. - Creating and maintaining documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials. - Staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continually improve the SAM Pro module's effectiveness. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 3 years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools. - 1 to 2 years of experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) module and integrations. - At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro module. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. - Proven experience in software asset management, including license compliance, optimization, and audits. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and SAM Pro certification preferred. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include: - Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, and SAM. - Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript). - Understanding of cloud licensing models and SaaS management. - Project management experience.,
