To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the ITIL framework, proven experience in software asset management, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and SAM Pro certification are preferred, along with experience in other ServiceNow modules, scripting languages like JavaScript, familiarity with cloud licensing models, and project management experience.
