About the Role

ServiceNow Risk Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement

  ServiceNow Risk IT Cyber solutions

  , including

  Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

  ,

  Security Operations (SecOps)

  , and

  Audit Management

  modules.
• Conduct

  technical feasibility assessments, gap analyses, and design proposals

  for ServiceNow implementations.
• Prepare detailed

  architecture diagrams, workflow charts, and documentation

  for production and maintenance.
• Analyze user requirements from Product Owners, validate and challenge needs, and recommend solutions adhering to

  standardization and best practices

  .
• Translate functional requirements into

  ServiceNow IRM and SecOps configurations

  and ensure thorough

  unit and system testing

  .
• Collaborate with technical, functional, and security architects to deliver architecture guidelines,

  effort estimates

  , and identify

  risks and dependencies

  .
• Provide

  production support

  and perform ongoing

  solution maintenance

  .
• Stay updated on

  ServiceNow platform enhancements

  to continuously improve solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, IT

  , or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• 6–9 years

  of experience in IT Risk Management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow or similar

  GRC platforms

  (e.g., Archer, Enablon).

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  preferred.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules:

  ITSM, CMDB, Workflows, Access Control, Reporting, Performance Analytics

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  information security technologies

  , database/application security, and network architecture.
• Familiarity with

  XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP

  .
• Experience in

  mapping business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions

  .
