About the Role

ServiceNow Risk Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement

  ServiceNow Risk IT Cyber

  solutions, including

  Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

  ,

  Security Operations (SecOps)

  , and

  Audit Management

  modules.
• Participate in feasibility and design phases, offering expert insights into ServiceNow implementation strategies.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, including feasibility analyses, gap analyses, architecture diagrams, and flowcharts.
  
• Analyze requirements from Product Owners, challenge assumptions, and recommend best-practice solutions within the platform.
  
• Translate functional requirements into tested and verified technical solutions in

  IRM

  and

  SecOps

  .
• Provide production maintenance and support while identifying opportunities for optimization and simplification.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:

  6–9 years in IT Risk Management, with strong ServiceNow or equivalent GRC platform experience (e.g., Enablon, Archer).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
  
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules:

  ITSM, CMDB, Workflows, Access Control, Reporting, Performance Analytics

  .
• Knowledge of information security, database/application security, and network architecture.
  
• Familiarity with XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP.
  
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
