ServiceNow ITOM with AIOps Experience

As an experienced ServiceNow ITOM resource with AIops experience, your role at ZeTechno will involve implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules, along with utilizing AIO tools and techniques. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. - Configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules to align with business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules. - Developing custom workflows, scripts, and integrations as necessary. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and requirements. - Leveraging AIOps techniques and tools to enhance and automate IT operations processes. - Conducting system testing and quality assurance activities. - Providing continuous support and maintenance for ServiceNow ITOM modules. - Staying updated with the latest ServiceNow and AIOps technologies and trends. - Participating in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years specifically in ServiceNow ITOM implementation, configuration, and customization. - Proficiency in AIOps tools and techniques like machine learning, data analytics, and automation. - Strong understanding of IT operations processes and best practices. - Experience in ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and integrations. - Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. - Possession of ServiceNow ITOM certification is mandatory, additional certifications are advantageous.
