Job Description

As a ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant at ZeTechno, you will serve as a Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on large enterprise-level ServiceNow deployments worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expertise in application design, implementation of various ServiceNow modules, and custom application development. - Collaborating with clients and project teams as an SME on ServiceNow functionality. - Architecting, designing, testing, and implementing the ServiceNow Platform and Custom Applications. - Implementing and integrating ServiceNow ITSM, and ITOM/ITBM modules. - Utilizing Service Portal experience effectively. - Assisting pre-sales teams and providing technical expertise to ServiceNow Development teams. - Showcasing excellent communication skills in client-facing roles. - Holding ServiceNow Certifications and ITIL v3Foundation Certification. Additionally, ZeTechno expects you to be detail-oriented, goal-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.,
