Job Description

As a ServiceNow ITOM Expert, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow solution implementation, with a focus on hands-on development, design, and deployment within the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include scripting and custom application development using ServiceNow, ensuring a seamless integration of core functional areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will be expected to have experience in the ServiceNow platform, specifically in developing Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Macros, CMS Pages, Notification events, and Service Portal. Additionally, your proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM features such as Discovery and ServiceWatch will be crucial in optimizing IT operations and service delivery. Your role as a ServiceNow ITOM Expert will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. By leveraging your in-depth knowledge and technical skills in ServiceNow, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the effective utilization of IT resources.,
