Role Overview: You will be working as a ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant, where you will utilize your expertise to guide customers in leveraging their data and applications to address digital challenges effectively. With a strong focus on IT asset management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, and enhancing stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 8 years of industry experience, including at least 7 years specifically in the ServiceNow ITAM domain, to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in IT asset management. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITAM modules such as SAM Pro and HAM Pro, along with a comprehensive knowledge of software licensing models and compliance requirements. - Implement ITIL and ITAM best practices to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. - Obtain and maintain relevant certifications, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITAM certifications, to stay updated with the latest industry standards. - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, leveraging your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive successful outcomes. - Explore opportunities for integration with procurement and financial systems like SAP and Oracle, and contribute to automation workflows for asset lifecycle management. - Stay informed about cloud licensing, SaaS subscription management, and cost optimization strategies to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of overall industry experience in IT asset management, with a minimum of 7 years dedicated to the ServiceNow ITAM domain. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM modules such as SAM Pro and HAM Pro. - Deep understanding of software licensing models, compliance requirements, ITIL, and ITAM best practices. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITAM-related certifications. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Exposure to integrations with procurement and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. - Knowledge of cloud licensing, SaaS subscription management, and automation workflows for asset lifecycle. - Additional certifications like ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (SAM, HAM specific) and advanced ITIL certifications would be advantageous. - Understanding of cost optimization strategies and vendor management is desirable.,
