Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on GRC/ IRM modules

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Service Portal, and ATF (Automated Test Framework).

Strong knowledge of GRC best practices, IT risk frameworks, and integrations with tools like Splunk, Archer, or external ERM systems.

Experience with ITSM modules for holistic GRC implementations.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
