ServiceNow ESM Application Architect

• As a member of the ESM Architecture & Governance Center of Excellence (CoE) you will be responsible for:

• Enterprise Solution Design

  Design and oversee large-scale, enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions that enable operational excellence and business agility.

• Technical Architecture

  Develop and support to maintain detailed architecture blueprints for solutions built on ServiceNow to support scalable, secure, and future-proof implementations.

• Integration Leadership

  Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, and cloud services), ensuring seamless interoperability and data integrity across systems

• Strategic Planning

  Define and evolve long-term platform strategies and technology roadmaps to support Swiss Re s business and digital transformation goals.

• Technical Governance

  Conduct architecture reviews, gap analyses, and scalability assessments to drive performance optimization and compliance.

• Best Practice Enablement

  Establish standards for security, data governance, performance, and compliance across all ServiceNow initiatives.

• Leadership & Advisory

  Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives and senior stakeholders, providing insights into architectural strategy and platform evolution.

• Governance Participation

  Contribute as a core member of the

  DGF Review Board
